Garden in Winter

I visited all my favorite garden places around the yard yesterday. (Thrown in below are also some photos of this past spring and summer blooms as well)

Finally, I must include one last picture of my sage in the winter. It’s really just to say…

(They’re one game away from the Super bowl!)

  1. Go Chiefs! I am currently watching the game, while reading blogs. I honestly will be happy for either team. I like Mahomes and Burrow. Hubby was upset that the 49ers lost. 🙁

    1. That was quite a game! Whew, I’m glad though that it was a close one. I found it sad the way the 49ers lost, with so many players especially the quarterbacks injured like that. Hope your husband wasn’t too upset to see the Chiefs win 😉

    1. Thank you! And yes, our local team is going to the Super Bowl (the American football championship game :)). It sounded like New Year’s all over around here last night.

  2. I didn’t watch the game, was listening to parts of it from the other room though. I thought I felt okay with either team winning but must have secretly been leaning towards the Chiefs because I was glad to hear they won. But now for the Super Bowl, hmmmm…… I’ve rooted for the Eagles all season but now that it’s come down to it, I’m not sure yet. LOL (Hubby says that Chiefs have been a powerhouse for too long now. lol)

    1. Hey now! You tell your husband that the Chiefs have more than paid their dues (see Chiefs of the 70’s/80’s, the almost/so close era of “Marty ball” in the 90’s, early 2000’s. Well, you get the idea 😉 I just hope it’s a good game no matter who wins. Of course, I’ll be cheering for the Chiefs!

    1. It really is beautiful in all seasons though I’m ready to view it in a warmer one I think. Might have a touch of spring fever over here.
